About Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training
Lean Six Sigma is a project management methodology that looks to reduce waste by promoting a collaborative team approach to improve performance.
This training program shows delegates the main methodologies that make up Lean Six Sigma. At the end of this course, students should be able to participate as contributors to Lean Six Sigma projects, improving their own work areas and boosting collaboration within other teams.
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belts do not have to be experts in the entire methodology, but they should understand the activities, deliverables, and key concepts of team problem-solving.

What’s included with this Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training?
This two-day training course includes all of the base theory that contributes to the Lean Six Sigma methodology and will train delegates to Yellow Belt standard.
Yellow Belts should be able to support Green and Black belts throughout a Six Sigma project, while helping to minimise waste by ensure that Lean practices are followed at every stage of the project.
While there is no official exam involved with the Yellow Belt-level of Lean Six Sigma, delegates will receive a certificate of attendance that they can use to grow into more advanced Six Sigma roles – with the Green Belt level offering the first chance to become certified in Lean Six Sigma.
